RETURN & REFUND POLICY


At Cruise Culture, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition are not eligible for a refund. Sale or clearance items are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
